====== I have downloaded a file from the Community website but it does not work ingame ======

Please ensure that you´ve bought the according [[en:sex_packs|SexPacks]]. You need the “Community” pack and all packs which are required for the item.

For example:

  * texture sets -> Body Texture 1

  * user poses -> Pose Editor

  * a sequence -> the according room

  * customized model -> base model


If the problem persists please send us an email to [[support@thrixxx.com|Support]] and explain us which item you were trying to download and which [[en:sex_packs|SexPacks]] you´ve already bought. You could either send us the names or some screenshots.
