• Some game elements are not available from the beginning immediately after install and need to be earned and unlocked by advancing in the game or purchased as virtual items.
• By joining any of thrixxx game sites you affirm that you are 18+ in age and have read and agreed to all terms of any billing agreement entered into and are eligible to use any of the billing options available in your jurisdiction.
• An active membership and internet connection is required to access the games each play session and is the responsibility of the game users.
• IMPORTANT: All billing is by third party services authorized by thrixxx. Billing contracts are thus directly between the game user and the biller providing the service and not thrixxx. Cancellations and adjustments to any billing must be made directly thru the biller and not thrixxx, as thrixxx cannot act on your behalf due to respective Terms of Service (TOS) of each billers agreements.
