I have downloaded a file from the Community website but it does not work ingame

Please ensure that you´ve bought the according SexPacks. You need the “Community” pack and all packs which are required for the item.

For example:

• texture sets → Body Texture 1

• user poses → Pose Editor

• a sequence → the according room

• customized model → base model

If the problem persists please send us an email to Support and explain us which item you were trying to download and which SexPacks you´ve already bought. You could either send us the names or some screenshots.
