This is a known issue with Microsoft Explorer.

Please do as follows:

1. Open a “Windows Internet Explorer” Window
2. Go to Tools / Internet Options
3. Click on security and then on “Custom Level”
4. Scroll down to “User Authentication”
5. Click on “Automatic logon only in Intranet zone”
6. Click “OK”
7. Retry entering the site
