The “ActionBar” is a window showing the currently possible extra actions.

For example, if you choose a pose, the ActionBar shows all the poses that you can switch into. Moreover, the ActionBar shows special icons, depending on the current situation.

Tip: The ActionBar enables you to activate the 'ExclusiveMode', a special 'one hand free' mode.
